Here is the process in a nutshell:

They start with a feasibility study of your lot. In this stage, a team of experts will intensively check your lots capability in sustaining a new and improved structure. The team will also help you choose the exterior and interior of your house. All the necessary options will be presented and available for you while planning for the new house. After everything has been analysed, the feasibility report will be completed.

The report will then be presented to you, upon your approval an initial deposit to the escrow is needed and you’ll sign the contract. The company will handle the necessary permit for construction. Once permits are pulled you’ll be given 30 days to move out and vacate the property.

The site will be prepared for the new and improved structure. The construction will then begin and continue for approximately 90 - 120 days, at which point your new home will be built and ready for it’s final inspection.

After you made the final inspection and you've completed the final walk-through, Congratulations - you're now ready to move in!
