"I’m a bit behind in thanking you property for all you did in making our first time house purchase go so very well. Thank you so very much. You were the first to let me know that this property was available, got me in to see it first, coached me to write a nice letter so as to leave a good impression and (although I was not there) represented us in a favorable light to the trustee so he could take us seriously as very interested and qualified buyers even though our offer was a bit low.
