The first day of Spring was March 20, 2012 and since then 59 homes have been listed for sale in Costa Mesa. Twenty-three of these homes are all ready in escrow according to the SoCal Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The average days on the market for the homes that are in escrow was just 11 days! Also notable, the number of homes sales that have closed since the start of Spring is 55 Costa Mesa homes! The average days on the market for these sold homes was 72 days from start to finish.
