Costa Mesa named one of the Top 100 Best Places to Live

In a recent survey by Livability.com of over 1,700 U.S. cities, Our City was named one of the Top 100 Best Places to Live. In response, Our City's Mayor, Jim Righeimer said, "We are honored but not surprised to make the list. Those of us who call Costa Mesa our home already know that it's one of the finest places to live in America. It's good to see others recognizing what we experience each day"The ranking was based on the factors that make a city a best place to live, work, and play. The final eight categories were housing, economics, amenities, infrastructure, demographics, social and civic capital, education, and healthcare. Also utilized was information asked of survey respondents that they would utilize if selecting another city to live in. The scores of each of these factors were added together to determine each city's LivScore.Considering all of the factors that were utilized, there is no surprise at all that Our City is ranked in the Top 100 Best Places to Live in Our Beautiful and Amazing Country. For those who do not live in Our City, this should be all the more reason to move to Our City!
