MESA DEL MAR

The theme of Mesa Del Mar is “Most Valued Home Location.”

The Mesa Del Mar neighborhood was established between 1961 and 1964 is made up of approximately 850 homes. The boundaries of this quiet neighborhood are south of Baker and north of Tewinkle Park, between Fairview and the 55 freeway.

Many Mesa Del Mar homes are great for “starter” homes, first-time buyers, families, and people looking for one-story homes with very open floor plans. The smaller one-stories range from 1,300 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft and are made up of 3 to 4 bedrooms with kitchen and family room areas. The houses were built with fireplaces in the living areas on slab construction.

French’s Bakery, the OC Fair, and the Anti-Mall are just a few of the businesses within walking distance of Mesa Del Mar. Plus South Coast Plaza is less than a half mile away!
