HALECREST

The Halecrest home tracts in Costa Mesa are adjacent to beautiful coastal beach areas in Orange County, California.

The Halecrest and Hall of Fame neighborhoods are located right next to each other.  Due to their close proximity, many people consider them one neighborhood as there are no major through streets separating the two communities.

The boundaries for the Halecrest and Hall of Fame tracts are:

405 freeway to the north
Harbor Blvd. to the west
Baker St. to the south
Fairview Rd. to the east

The homes in the Halecrest neighborhoods were part of the 1st planned community in Costa Mesa and were built in the mid-1950s. There are nearly 700 homes in Halecrest – many are single story, however there are some two-story homes as well.  Many homeowners have remodeled or expanded over the years. The architecture of the Hall of Fame homes has a unique flair with high peaked roofs and an island-style while the Halecrest homes are more traditional ranches.

Killybrooke Elementary School is located in the heart of the community along with 2 neighborhood parks:
Halecrest Park, Swim & Tennis Club
Gisler Park

With convenient freeway access and walking distance to Bagel Mania Coffee House, Sprouts, Target and more. Halecrest is a wonderful community to call home in Costa Mesa.
