Valerie Torelli, Speaks at C.A.R. Seminar - Asked to speak on marketing ideas at the recent California Association of Realtor's 2013 event in Long Beach, Valerie was included on a panel of longtime experts in their market place. Over 100 people packed the room and were inspired by some of the most innovative and effective ways to market property. NOT JUST internet, but hands on ideas... renting out movie theaters and bringing families together, ice cream trucks at Open Houses, pony rides at community events, you get the idea- not your Mama's advertising! A Great Turn-Out at Torelli Realty's Pumpkin Patch 2013 - Torelli Realty had a blast hosting the Annual Pumpkin Patch event! Our Costa Mesa real estate agents and the community gathered for food, festivities and fun! We had hundreds of residents support the community through the various fundraising booths. Included were the Estancia High School Tennis Boosters, the Peaceful Waters-Adventure Maidens, and the Costa Mesa High School Wrestling Team. They fed the hungry crowds with hotdogs, nachos, baked goods and refreshments just to name a few! And who could miss Estancia cheerleaders who were passing out balloons to the kids and doing a beautiful job at face painting! A big thank you to all who came out to make this such a great event! Kona Ice brought their colored shave ice cones, Torelli Realty brought a mix of sheep, goats, chickens, turtles...and pony rides! We decorated pumpkins, and had tractor-pulled hay rides! Who could forget the Bounce House Obstacle Course watching our little athletes compete! Did someone say "compete," we had a few winners of the pie eating contest!A Bit about our Pumpkin Patch Event Vendors... The Estancia High School Tennis Boosters are always excited to be a part of a Torelli Realty community events. They fed the masses with their hot dogs, hot off the grill, and more! We stopped by to say hi and ask for some feedback and they said, "We like to get out to all of the events Torelli Realty offers! It's great to see everybody we know in the neighborhood." When asked what they would do with their fundraising proceeds they said they always need new equipment, whether it's tennis racquets or new uniforms, they always put their donations to good use! The girls are ready for the this new fall season and the boys will be ready again next spring! We were also lucky to have the Peaceful Waters-Adventure Maidens, formerly known as Indian Maidens, at our event. This is a mother/daughter program focused on promoting friendship and understanding between mother and daughter to last a lifetime. Their slogan is "Friendship Always." Besides raising strong women through fun activities such as this Pumpkin Patch event, they just finished surf camp, are starting outdoor camp in the spring and are gearing up for snow camp this winter!
