The New House is ideal for homeowners, investors and landowners seeking to replace an old, dilapidated home, build on a vacant lot or subdivide a larger parcel into multiple home sites quickly and cost-effectively. The total time from move-out to move-in is approximately 90 days.RSI Development LLC in an innovative homebuilding company that brings a unique approach to the construction of new homes. Based in Newport Beach, Calif., the company was founded in 2008 by Ronald M. Simon and backed by a $100 million investment. Since then, The New House by RSI has successfully built hundreds of homes and award-winning communities throughout Southern California.  By leveraging RSI’s manufacturing and supply chain management experience, and by applying advanced processes and lean principles to homebuilding, the company is able to deliver new, high-quality, energy-efficient homes on time, on budget and for far less than traditionally built homes. We will keep you posted as the contractors move forward with the new construction.6 7 8 1 2 3 4 5                  _____________________________________________________________________________________________The "Stationmaster House," the oldest House in the History of Costa Mesa Real Estate, is for sale by Torelli RealtyIn 1997, the City of Costa Mesa began to study the idea of preserving the City’s history.  In 1999, this study led to the adoption of an ordinance allowing for the protection and preservation of these historic sites.  At that time, they identified 26 pieces of property that were eligible for addition to either local or National Historic Registries.  One of the five properties named eligible for the National Registry is located on the 2100 Block of Newport Avenue – the Stationmaster House. The main residence was built between 1898 and 1908, and served as the home of the Santa Ana Train Station Master until it was sold and moved to Costa Mesa.  The house, primarily made from redwood in a style rarely if ever seen in California, was lovingly preserved, including many hand built and hand painted details.  The site measures nearly half an acre and is zoned for multiple uses.  Other structures present include a garage attached to the home, a second garage of approximately 600 square feet and a 2,000 square foot building that could be used as an artist’s retreat, manufacturing facility, or any other commercial or industrial use imaginable.Click HERE for more information.  photo (1)      Stationmaster House Today.  Note the hand crafted and painted details faithfully reproduced…Historic?  You Bet!_____________________________________________________________________________________Things To Do in and Around Costa Mesa
