 Currently there are only 3 homes available in the Mesa Del Mar neighborhood of Costa Mesa. There are also 4 homes in escrow, meaning that they have offers and should be off the market soon. Since the beginning of 2012, nineteen homes have sold in this neighborhood. The price range for these sales was from $275,000 (a short sale that was a fixer) up to $625,000 and the average days on the market was 87 days. Interestingly, the average days on the market went down dramatically after May 1, 2012 to just 44 days!!!
