Mesa del Mar, Costa Mesa Real Estate - 11th Annual Mesa Del Mar 4th of July Kids Parade!
For the past many years the 4th of July in Costa Mesa has had its share of parades, fireworks and BBQ’s. One of the most well attended local events is right here in one of our community minded tracts, Mesa del Mar.
For the past 10 years Mesa del Mar has hosted a neighborhood parade with awards given to: Best Kids’ Bike, Best Golf Cart, and Best Pet! This year the torch has been passed to Torelli Realty’s very own Kip Hancock, A top Costa Mesa Real Estate Agent. A long time Mesa del Mar resident, and local realtor, he has agreed to host this event and is going all out! Kip will have his ice cream truck there giving out treats to keep everyone cool. 
Schedule:9:30am the festivities commence10-11am the parade begins!11-12pm Awards, Ice Cream and Water Balloon Toss Kip wanted to keep the tradition going. His family has enjoyed the event since the birth of their daughter and feels the need to keep the community spirit alive. Hope to see you there!
