 We often get asked "How's the real estate market?" so here is a look at what is going on right now in Eastside Costa Mesa. -There are 42 Eastside Costa Mesa homes that are classified as "active" in the SoCal Multiple Listing Service-Prices range from $325,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo to $1,695,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with over 4100 sq. ft.-11 of these homes are short sales or foreclosures In the last 6 months, there have been 75 Eastside Costa Mesa home sales. They spent an average of 105 days on the market and sold for about $350 per square foot.
