Costa Mesa's Sister City

Did you know that Costa Mesa's Sister City is the City of Wyndham in Australia? On January 17, 2011, seven students and three teachers arrived in Costa Mesa for an educational, cultural, and social exchange. They will be here until February 4, 2011.In exchange, Estancia will send eight youth ambassadors to Melbourne, Australia in July/August. While the students are here they will be doing things like going to see the Ducks play hockey, visiting Disneyland, having special dinners, etc. On Wednesday, January 26 at 5pm there will be a fundraiser at Acapulco Restaurant on Adams Avenue in Costa Mesa. That night the students will switch host families (they stay with 2 families over the course fo their visit).Welcome to Costa Mesa! We hope you like it...
