Costa Mesa Tool Rental Program

As real estate agents we know that curb appeal is very important. Now, homeowners in Costa Mesa have more incentive to make exterior improvements to their home thanks to the Tool Rental Program. In order to be considered for the program, homeowners need to submit an application and federal income limits apply. If approved, the homeowner will receive a $500 voucher for tool rentals (paint related tools are not included).
