 The big real estate news all around Orange County is the shrinking inventory and boy is that true in Costa Mesa. According to the SoCal Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there are currently only 56 homes for sale that are classified as "active". The limited inventory is giving sellers the benefit of being in demand because buyers are out there en masse looking to scoop up a home before they miss out. With the interest rates also being at incredible lows, finding a buyer for a home (and in many cases multiple buyers) is not hard.
