Costa Mesa Concerts in the Park

The Costa Mesa Concerts in the Park are a summer tradition for locals. Residents are able to gather on the lawn in Fairview Park for a family-friendly night of musical entertainment. Hundreds will attend with blankets and picnic baskets in tow on Tuesday nights from July 5-August 2, 2011. The shows run from 5:30-7:45pm so they are early enough in the evening to make for the perfect night out for people of all ages. Throughout the summer a variety of music acts will entertain the community and each week will spotlight a different area of Costa Mesa, with the last week focusing on Costa Mesa youth. This year the event will also welcome food trucks for those who don't want to bring their own meal. The event is presented by the Costa Mesa Community Foundation and the City of Costa Mesa. Will you head over to Fairview Park and be part of a Costa Mesa tradition?  Schedule:July 5: The Peggy Nelson Project (Current and Past Top 40 Hits) - spotlighting Eastside NeighborhoodsJuly 12: Time Bomb (Classic Rock) - spotlighting Westside NeighborhoodsJuly 19: Help!
