Cans 4 Kids Rally Starts Today!

It's here! The Cans 4 Kids (And Plastic Bottles Too!) starts today with a mission of raising money for the Costa Mesa school, Adams Elementary School. We kicked it off last week with an all-school assembly that taught the students about recycling. Thanks to Mike Carey with Orange Coast College for his fabulous interactive presenation! Torelli Realty has teamed up with Orange Coast College to host a recycling rally for the week of June 7-11, 2010. During that time we are encouraging parents, students, and the community to support Adams Elementary School by dropping off empty soda cans and plastic bottles. A bin will be available at the main office of Adams Elementary School and there will be bins out where the students eat lunch. Torelli Realty will also be accepting donations at the office this week (2845 Mesa Verde Dr. East, Suite 6, Costa Mesa, CA 92626). You may also take your recycling directly to the recycling center at OCC and let them know that these cans and bottles are supporting the rally for Adams Elementary School. OCC has generously offered to give the Adams Elementary School ALL the money raised through these recycling efforts. We are hoping the program is a huge success and that we can expand it next year to other Costa Mesa schools.A special thanks to the Adams Elementary School PTA for their support!
