My name is Ryan Knapp and I am excited to announce that I am Torelli Realty’s newest professional realtor. I was born and raised in Costa Mesa and my family have been valued members of the community since 1966. I graduated from Estancia High School in Costa Mesa and continued my education at University of California at Irvine where I earned a BA in Political Science and was a 3-year Varsity Letterman (Player) on the Men’s Golf Team. Following graduation, I worked in the mortgage industry at both a Mortgage Broker and Bank of America for 3 years. During my time at both of these institutions, I was able to assist clients in purchasing their dream homes. Each of those purchases was tailored specifically to the buyers unique financial needs.  While working to obtain my real estate license, I worked alongside Costa Mesa’s #1 realtor, Valerie Torelli, and served as her Marketing Director.

My overall knowledge of real estate finance and home buying sets me apart from other realtors as it allows me to provide you with better insight about all facets of purchasing or selling a home.
