My name is Mark Sladky and I am a Realtor for Torelli Realty. With almost three decades of high-touch customer service experience, I bring the same level of service to the clients I’m serving on behalf of Torelli Realty. As a life long resident watching the city of Costa Mesa grow from bean fields to a top retail and restaurant destination, I decided to join Torelli as they’ve been a staple in the fabric and growth of Costa Mesa.
My passion to serve others comes from my extensive Hospitality background working for a Fortune 500 company, Marriott International. I was employed with Marriott for almost 25 years specializing in Food and Beverage where I spent most of time as the Director of Restaurant Operations and Food and Beverage. I oversaw the operations of 7 restaurants and over $30 million in annual revenue, 125 employees and 10 managers and supervisors. As a Level 2 Sommelier, I brought a level of expertise to my position to fully support my clients. I realized I had missed the 1:1 customer interactions that comes with a local operation and chose to bring the same commitment to perfection and service to my clients as I did for a top corporation.

I truly care about my clients, providing unparalleled service by going the extra mile, creating an environment of trust and providing expert local guidance to make the home buying and selling experience a memorable one.
I’m proud to say I grew up in the city of Costa Mesa in the Mesa North community (Paularino & Fairview) I have also spent my whole life in this beautiful city and has always been the place I call home. I went to Paularino Elementary, Davis Middle School and to Costa Mesa High School.
In the seldom instances I’m not working on behalf of my clients, my passions are Snowboarding, Surfing, Hiking, Camping, Photography, Live Music, spending time with close friends and family, and visiting the Wine Country.
