Jim Fisler has a passion for public policy and is very involved in community service. In 2009 Jim was appointed to the Mesa Consolidated Water District Board of Directors.

He has been a member of the City of Costa Mesa´s Residential Rehabilitation and Redevelopment Committee since 1997 in many capacities, including as an alternate, full member, or liaison from the Planning Commission.  He has been a volunteer in the city´s Neighbors for Neighbors program for over 10 years, is a graduate of the Citizens Police Academy, and served on the City of Costa Mesa Planning Commission and Parks & Recreation Commission.

Jim Fisler enjoys being a Realtor with Torelli Realty in Mesa Verde.  He loves being involved in Costa Mesa and has established many relationships, which helps him to provide outstanding customer service.

Jim has been a resident of Costa Mesa for 40 years and has lived in the Mesa Verde area for 17 years.
