Costa Mesa Resident Lauded For Community Leadership

Joe Rosener of Costa Mesa has been recognized by the county for his work with local youth.

The Orange County Human Relations Commission has recognized Joe for his work with the disadvantaged children in the Newport Mesa Unified School District.  Ken Inouye, chairman of the Orange County Human Relations Commission described the recipients of this award as "Orange County's true unsung heroes."
