Davis Magnet School

The Board of Education has approved the development of a K-6 magnet school program at Davis School in the area of Math, Science, and Technology with options in the Arts as part of the overall program. The Davis Elementary School magnet program  focuses on the exploration of math, science and technology with highly motivating and extensive hands on experiences including labs, problem solving of real world issues, and adventures in the mysteries of science and math. Exploration of science and math through music, physical education, art and communication, will be an integral part of the students’ experience.

The Davis Magnet School has reached capacity, but a waitlist has been established for interested parents to continue to sign up their children. The magnet school will be open for enrollment by any student who resides within the Newport-Mesa Unified School District boundaries.
