Costa Mesa City Council Approves New Subdivision Standards

The Costa Mesa City Council approved tougher standards for subdividing rental apartments and industrial parks for sale to the public. Any building owner who wants to sell off individual units now has to get extensive inspections showing the condition of the building, provide an adequat amount of parking set by the city and meet an entire list of other standards that the City Council has adopted.
