My name is Ryan Knapp, and I was born and raised in Costa Mesa, where my family has been valued members of the community since 1966. After graduating from Estancia High School, I pursued my education at the University of California, Irvine, earning a BA in Political Science while also serving as a 3-year Varsity Letterman on the Men's Golf Team.

I began my career in the mortgage industry, working with both a Mortgage Broker and Bank of America for three years. During this time, I helped clients purchase their dream homes, tailoring each purchase to meet their unique financial needs. I later worked alongside Costa Mesa's #1 realtor, Valerie Torelli, as her Marketing Director while obtaining my real estate license.

With a deep understanding of real estate finance and a passion for Orange County, my knowledge sets me apart by providing valuable insight into every aspect of buying or selling a home.
