Matthew Byrd is an Orange County native and Costa Mesa homeowner. He started his real estate career as an appraiser in 2004 and became a REALTOR in 2011. Owing his success in Real Estate, in large part, to his 15 year career as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Performing over 2,000 real property valuations in Orange County, and neighboring counties. This insight allows him to more accurately pinpoint market value, while also utilizing all of the REALTOR’s tools to provide a valuable advantage to his clients.

Matt is always ready to help buyers and sellers navigate the hurdles to home ownership and capitalize on the best opportunities in any market. He’s ready to listen, deliver, and make the sometimes stressful experience of a Real Estate transaction, one that is gratifying and ultimately fun!

Matthew enjoys pancakes for breakfast on  Saturday, paddle boarding through the back bay with his wife, Melissa, and exploring new and treasured adventures with their two adorable sons. The Byrd family will be working and playing in and around Costa Mesa for many years to come.
